New to yoga? This is your space to begin.

Morning Bloom is a gentle, welcoming series designed especially for newcomers to yoga — or anyone returning after time away.

Over the course of this series, we’ll build confidence step by step. You’ll learn foundational poses, simple breathwork techniques, and how to move safely and intentionally in your body.

Hi, I’m Mindy. I am here to help you disconnect from the demands of your busy life, enabling you to concentrate solely on the movement of your body, your breath, and creating a tranquil space to observe your thoughts.

Yoga is more than just exercise—it’s a journey of self-discovery, balance, and connection. My aspiration is to introduce yoga to all, making it a practice that is truly accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to everyone.
 

I specialise in vinyasa, hatha, and meditation, blending movement, breath, and mindfulness to create classes that nourish both body and mind. Whether you’re looking for a dynamic, flowing practice, a grounding and steady session, or a space to find stillness and reflection, my classes offer something for everyone.
